I personally think a wiki would work nice to keep an updated list of services, links to important places, services and things, how-to guides and other information that is able to be worked on by not only us.. but the community thus making it much more effective as a information base, aside from that the best place to contact us currently is via the matrix server, it is federated so you can use any federated Matrix network to interact with us!
